The Reverend Deacon Marsha Evans Holmes

Clergy-in-Charge

The Reverend Deacon Marsha Evans Holmes was ordained to Holy Orders in the Episcopal Diocese of Florida in February 2014 and served at Christ Episcopal Church in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Between 2013 and 2017, she was the Pastoral Care Associate at Christ Church.
For many years she served as a member of the Board of Directors of Community Hospice & Palliative Care Northeast Florida. She currently serves on the OneJax Board of Directors. Marsha continues to use her time and talents to support orphanages in Bolivia and Uganda.
The Rev. Dn. Marsha is a native of Baltimore, Maryland. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Morgan State University and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. The Rev. Dn. Marsha is a widow with four adult children, four grandchildren, and resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
